  "text": "The occupier of any premises on which there is an affected or suspected animal or carcase shall ensure that no animal, carcase or poultry moves from the premises until a notice in form A is served in respect of the premises, whereupon the prohibition on movement contained in the notice shall replace the prohibition on movement contained in this article.",
