# The Aujeszky's Disease Order 1983, Article 6: Preliminary restrictions on movement


The occupier of any premises on which there is an affected or suspected animal or carcase shall ensure that no animal, carcase or poultry moves from the premises until a notice in form A is served in respect of the premises, whereupon the prohibition on movement contained in the notice shall replace the prohibition on movement contained in this article.
