# Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018, Paragraph 20


In section 161 of that Act (interpretation), in subsection (1), at the appropriate place insert—
““automated vehicle” means a vehicle listed by the Secretary of State under section 1 of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018,”.
