  "heading": "Regulations about authorisation procedure",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may make regulations about the procedure to be followed in connection with—\n(a) the grant of automated vehicle authorisations;\n(b) the variation, suspension or withdrawal of automated vehicle authorisations with the agreement of the authorised self-driving entity.\n(2) Such regulations may, in particular, make provision about—\n(a) the form and content of applications for authorisation, and by whom they may be made;\n(b) fees payable in respect of applications for authorisation;\n(c) the examination of vehicles;\n(d) the notification of decisions;\n(e) reviews of, or appeals against, decisions.",
