  "text": "In section 76 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (fitting and supply of defective or unsuitable vehicle parts), at the end insert—\n“(11) In this section—\n(a) references to a vehicle part include software (except in subsection (5)(a)), and\n(b) references to fitting a vehicle part to a vehicle include installing software in, or otherwise making software interact with, a vehicle.”",
