Regulation 19 Amendment of regulation 4

In regulation 4 (pay reference periods for the purposes of section 1(1)(c) of the Act)—

(a)

in the heading, for “section 1(1)(c)” substitute “sections 1(1)(c), 3(1)(c) and 5(1)(c)^f1”;

(b)

in paragraph (1) for “section 1(1)(c) of the Act (jobholders), except in the case of person A,” substitute “sections 1(1)(c), 3(1)(c) and 5(1)(c) of the Act (jobholders, automatic enrolment and automatic re-enrolment)”; and

(c)

omit paragraphs (2) to (7).
