# The Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2012, Regulation 23: Amendment of regulation 17


In regulation 17 (information on the right to opt in to pension saving)—
(a) in paragraph (1) for “the information specified in paragraph (2)” substitute “, in writing, the information described in paragraphs 16, 24 and 25 of Schedule 2”; and
(b) omit paragraphs (2) and (4).
