Regulation 38 Amendment of regulation 47

in paragraphs (1) and (3) for “a money purchase scheme” substitute “an occupational pension scheme”; and

in paragraph (7) for “money purchase schemes”, substitute “any money purchase benefits applicable to the jobholder”.
