Regulation 43 Insertion of Schedule 2

In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation) in the definition of “opt out notice” and in regulation 9(6)(a) (opting out) for “the Schedule” substitute “Schedule 1”.

(2)

For the heading to the Schedule substitute “Schedule 1”;

(3)

After that Schedule insert the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
