# The Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and, except in relation to regulations 4 and 5(4) and (7), come into force on 1st November 2013.
(2) Regulations 4 and 5(4) and (7) come into force on 1st April 2014.
