# The Automatic Enrolment (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Employers’ Duties (Registration and Compliance) Regulations 2010


(1) The Employers’ Duties (Registration and Compliance) Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1) (registration: after staging date and new PAYE schemes) in each place in which it occurs for “4 months” substitute “5 months”.
(3) In regulation 4(1) (registration: re-registration) for “1 month” substitute “2 months”.
