Article 5 Amendment to article 12 (veterinary inquiries and sampling)

In article 12, after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

The Welsh Ministers must ensure that any veterinary inquiry conducted under paragraph (1) or (2) is conducted in accordance with the procedures set out in the diagnostic manual.”
