The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7, 8(1), 11, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1) and (3), 38(1), 65A(3) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981, make the following Order:
