  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2 for the words manager of the aerodrome there is substituted “ person ”.\n(3) In paragraph 3—\n(a) for the words from the manager to the aerodrome there is substituted “ any person on land outside an aerodrome or air navigation installation ”, and\n(b) after direction (in both places) there is inserted “ or enforcement notice ”.\n(4) Paragraph 8 is omitted.",
