  "text": "(1) A person who unlawfully, by the use of force or by threats of any kind, seizes a fixed platform or exercises control of it, commits an offence, whatever his nationality and whether the fixed platform is in the United Kingdom or elsewhere.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for life.",
