  "text": "(1) The further amendments of the Aviation Security Act 1982 specified in Schedule 1 to this Act have effect.\n(2) Paragraphs 4(3), 5(3) and 6(3) of that Schedule do not have effect in any case where the relevant conviction of an offence under section 12(9), 13(4)(a) or 14(7)(a) of the Aviation Security Act 1982 occurred before the commencement of those paragraphs.",
