  "text": "(1) Article 83 (investigations by the Agency) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In paragraph 1—\n(a) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) omit “national competent authorities or”.\n(4) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in the first subparagraph—\n(i) in the first two places the words occur, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) in point (b), for “the delegated and implementing acts adopted on the basis thereof” substitute “regulations made under it”;\n(iii) omit point (c);\n(b) in the second subparagraph—\n(i) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(ii) for “the delegated and implementing acts adopted on the basis thereof” substitute “regulations made under it”;\n(iii) after “in compliance with” (in the first place it occurs) omit “the”;\n(iv) omit “of the Member State”;\n(c) omit the last subparagraph.\n(5) In paragraph 3, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.\n(6) Omit paragraph 4.",
