# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 189: Amendment of Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 8 (design organisations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “non-Member State” substitute “foreign state”;
(b) in point (b) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 3, after “Member State” insert “or the United Kingdom”.
