  "text": "(1) Section A, Subpart I (noise certificates) is amended as follows.\n(2) In point 21.A.203, for “a Member State (Member State of registry)” substitute “the United Kingdom”.\n(3) In point 21.A.204—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority of the Member State of Registry” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b)(1), third indent, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;\n(c) in point (c), for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In point 21.A.207, for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”.\n(5) In point 21.A.209—\n(a) in the heading, omit “within Member States”;\n(b) for the words from “changed:” to the end substitute “changed and it remains on the United Kingdom register, the noise certificate must be transferred together with the aircraft.”;\n(c) omit points (a) and (b).\n(6) In point 21.A.210, for the words from “competent authority” to “inspection” substitute “CAA”.\n(7) In point 21.A.211, in point (b), for “competent authority of the Member State of registry” substitute “CAA”.",
