# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 331: Amendment of Appendix 3 to Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

(1) In Appendix 3, the form is amended as follows.
(2) On the first page—
(a) for “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) in each place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” and “[Competent Authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;
(c) omit the note at “(*)”;
(d) for “EASA Form 143 Issue 2” substitute “CAA Form 143 Issue 1”.
(3) On the second page—
(a) for “[Competent Authority]” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit “For the Member State / EASA”;
(c) for “EASA Form 143 Issue 2” substitute “CAA Form 143 Issue 1”.
