# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 346: Amendment of Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012

(1) Article 8 (flight time limitations) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 3, for the words from “national law” to the end substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
(3) In paragraph 4, for the words from “national law” to the end substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
