Annex 5 (Part-SPA) is amended as follows.

Subpart A (general requirements) is amended as follows—

(a)

in point SPA.GEN.100—

(i)

in the heading, for “competent authority” substitute “foreign aircraft”;

(ii)

omit point (a);

(iii)

in point (b), for “Notwithstanding F1point (a)(2), for” substitute “For”;

(b)

in points SPA.GEN.105 and SPA.GEN.115, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
