  "text": "(1) Subpart E (training organisations and course approvals) of Annex 2 is amended as follows.\n(2) In point ATCO.AR.E.001—\n(a) in points (a) and (b), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (c)—\n(i) for “without prior competent authority’s approval” substitute “without the CAA’s prior approval”;\n(ii) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(3) In point ATCO.AR.E.005—\n(a) in point (a), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) omit point (b).\n(4) In point ATCO.AR.E.010—\n(a) in point (a), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) in point (b)—\n(i) for “competent authority’s” substitute “CAA’s”;\n(ii) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(c) in point (c), in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(5) In point ATCO.AR.E.015, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.",
