# The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 4


In regulation 25 (hearings in connection with licences), in paragraph (1)(c), after “an Air Navigation Order” insert “or under other retained EU law regarding aviation safety”.
