Article 2 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (a)—

(a)

in both places it occurs, for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(b)

for “that Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(c)

in the first place it occurs, for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(d)

for “Community legislation” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 of the Parliament and of the Council on common rules for the operation of air services”.

(3)

Omit paragraph (g).

(4)

For paragraph (i) substitute—

“(i)
‘the CAA’ means the Civil Aviation Authority.”.
