  "text": "(1) Regulation 248 (amendment of Subpart C of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) for “point (5)” substitute “point (f)”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a), for “point (iii)” substitute “point (3)”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (b), for “point (iv)” substitute “point (4)”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (i), for “point (i)” substitute “the second paragraph”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “point (ii)” substitute “the third paragraph”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (i), for “point (i)” substitute “point (1)”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “point (ii)” substitute “point (2)(i)”;\n(c) omit sub-paragraph (d);\n(d) for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—\n“(e) in point (h), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;”;\n(4) In paragraph (5), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) in points (c) and (e), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;”;\n(5) Omit paragraph (6).",
