# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 20: Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 2 (continuing airworthiness)


In regulation 251 (amendment of Subpart F of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014)—
(a) in paragraph (2), for “and M.A.604” substitute “, M.A.604 and M.A.606, in each place the words occur”;
(b) for paragraph (3)(a), substitute—
“(a) in point (a)(1), for “the law of the Member State” substitute “any relevant enactment;”.
