# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 25: Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 2 (continuing airworthiness)


In regulation 265 (amendment of Section A of Annex 2 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014), after paragraph (3)(c) insert—
“(d) in point (k)(6), in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.”.
