# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 28: Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 2 (continuing airworthiness)


In regulation 284 (amendment of Annex 5a to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014)—
(a) in paragraph (3)(c)—
(i) for “Annex 1 (Part-M) Subpart G” substitute “Annex 5c (Part-CAMO)”;
(ii) for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—
“(iii) in point T.A. 716, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;”;
(b) in paragraph (4)(d)—
(i) for “Annex 1 (Part-M) Subpart G” substitute “Annex 5c (Part-CAMO)”;
(ii) after “T.B.702” insert “, T.B.704”.
