# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 49: Amendment of Part 3, Chapter 1 (operation of balloons)


In regulation 14 (amendment of Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/395)—
(a) in paragraph (a), for “in the second subparagraph, and in the third subparagraph” substitute “in the first subparagraph, and in the second subparagraph”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “third” substitute “second”.
