# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 55: Amendment of Article 10a of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


In Article 10a(1) (pilot training organisations), in paragraph 1—
(a) in the first place it occurs, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(c) omit the words from “inside the” to “under the Chicago Convention”;
(d) in the second and third place it occurs, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
