# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 56: Amendment of Article 12 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


In Article 12 (entry into force and application)—
(a) in paragraph 4—
(i) in the first place it occurs, for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”;
(ii) in the second place it occurs, for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”;
(b) omit paragraph 7.
