  "text": "(1) Annex 1 (Part-FCL) is amended as follows.\n(2) In Subpart A (general requirements)—\n(a) omit point FCL.015(e);\n(b) in point FCL.055(b), in both places the words occur, for “a competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;\n(c) in point FCL.055(e), for “any competent authority” substitute “the CAA”.\n(3) In Subpart H (class and type ratings), in point FCL.725(d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.\n(4) In Subpart J (instructors), in point FCL.900(b)(1)—\n(a) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;\n(b) for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”.\n(5) In Appendix 9, in point A.17(c), omit “applicants’”.",
