# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 58: Amendment of Annex 6 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011


(1) Annex 6 (Part-ARA) is amended as follows.
(2) In Subpart GEN (general requirements), omit point ARA.GEN.360.
(3) In Subpart ATO (specific requirements related to approved training organisations), in point ARA.ATO.110, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
