# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 63: Amendment of Article 9b of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


(1) Article 9b (review) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the first place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit the words from “No later than” to “of this review.”;
(c) omit “, with the assistance of Member States,”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) in the first paragraph, in both places it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b) in the second paragraph, omit “, with the assistance of Member States and the Agency,”.
