# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 65: Amendment of Annex 3 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012


In Annex 3 (Part-ORO), in Subpart GEN (general requirements), in point ORO.GEN.310, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
