# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 8: Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 1 (initial airworthiness)


In regulation 205 (amendment of Subpart M of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012)—
(a) in paragraph (5)(a)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (i), omit “in the first place it occurs,”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (iii);
(b) omit paragraph (5)(b);
(c) in paragraph (6), omit “in each place it occurs,”;
(d) omit paragraph (7).
