# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 82: Amendment of Article 3b of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/395


(1) Article 3b (existing pilot licences and national medical certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(b) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(b) for “the Member State” substitute “the CAA”.
(4) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(b) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”.
(5) In paragraph 4, for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”.
