# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 86: Amendment of Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976


In Article 2 (definitions), in point (11), for “pilot licence issued by a Member State in accordance with national legislation” substitute “certificate issued by the British Gliding Association”.
