# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 87: Amendment of Article 3a of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1976


In Article 3a (pilot licences and medical certification), in paragraph 3—
(a) in the first paragraph, for “A Member State” substitute “The CAA”;
(b) in point (a), for “Member State” substitute “CAA”;
(c) in point (b), in both places the words occur, for “authorising Member State” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(d) omit point (d);
(e) in point (e), for “Member State” substitute “CAA”.
