In Article 3b (existing pilot licences and national medical certificates)—
(a) in paragraph 1—
(i) for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(ii) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”;
(b) in paragraph 2—
(i) for “a Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(ii) for “the Member State” substitute “the CAA”;
(c) in paragraph 3—
(i) omit “by a Member State”;
(ii) for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”;
(d) in paragraph 4, omit “by a Member State”.
