# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 9: Amendment of Part 4, Chapter 1 (initial airworthiness)


In regulation 206 (amendment of Subpart O of Section A of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012)—
(a) omit paragraphs (7) and (8);
(b) in paragraph (10)(a), for “CAA” substitute “UKTSO”.
