  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nCivil Aviation\nSift requirements satisfied 27th April 2021\nMade 20th May 2021\nLaid before Parliament 25th May 2021\nComing into force 16th June 2021\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and by Article 23(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Union Aviation Safety Agency.\nThe requirements of paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.",
