# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 and they come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which they are laid.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
