  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 2024/1290 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCivil Aviation\nMade 14th July 2025\nLaid before Parliament 16th July 2025\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 17(1), 23(1), 27(1), 31(1), 62(14), 62(15) and 127(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation.",
