  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025.\n(2) Regulations 1 and 17 to 21 come into force on 15th September 2025.\n(3) Regulations 7(2) and 13(1) come into force immediately after the coming into force of regulations 4 and 17 of the Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2024.\n(4) The remainder comes into force on 1st October 2025.\n(5) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
