# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025.
(2) Regulations 1 and 17 to 21 come into force on 15th September 2025.
(3) Regulations 7(2) and 13(1) come into force immediately after the coming into force of regulations 4 and 17 of the Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(4) The remainder comes into force on 1st October 2025.
(5) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
