# The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025, Regulation 20: Amendment of Article 3b of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1976


In Article 3b (existing pilot licences and national medical certificates), in paragraph 3—
(a) for “By that date, the CAA” substitute “The CAA”;
(b) omit “that complies with the requirements of Article 4(4) and (5) of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011”.
