  "text": "(1) Article 3 (pilot licensing and medical certification) is amended as follows.\n(2) For paragraph 4, substitute—\n“4. The SSEA, SLMG and TMG refer to the aircraft defined in Schedule 1 to the Air Navigation Order 2016, and SEP refers to a single-engine piston aeroplane.”.\n(3) After paragraph 4 insert—\n“5. After 1 October 2025 the CAA must not issue the LAPL(A) under this Regulation.”.",
