  "text": "(1) Article 4 (existing national pilots’ licences) is amended as follows.\n(2) For the heading substitute “Authorisation for flight under instrument flight rules”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 7.\n(4) In paragraph 8—\n(a) omit point (a);\n(b) for point (b) substitute—\n“(b) the scope of the privileges granted by the authorisation must be limited to those described for the Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) rating in Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 8 of The Air Navigation Order 2016;”.",
